Do not lose the focus!

In times of digitization and strong changes, new ideas as well as “building sites” emerge at every corner. Far too many to be able to tackle them all at the same time. Focusing on the next, most important step, learning from it and then tackling the next is becoming increasingly important in agile times. But which goals, projects, ideas, measures are the most important? Important – in relation to what? And how do I achieve a common acceptance and commitment in the team for these important projects?
