Our commitment to quality defines our seminar portfolio. Each of our seminars is a complex and demanding service, to the quality management of which the whole team is particularly committed.

Therefore, each seminar is validated by its participants. This feedback is particularly important to us. The assessment sheets are systematically evaluated and form the basis for continuous improvements within our quality management system.

For the presentation of the seminar evaluations on our website, we converted our assessment sheet from a grading scale to a star rating. Therefore, only the assessment sheets completed in the seminars from April 2016 onwards were included in the average evaluation of our seminars.
